Ebony McGee on Black, Latino and Asian American Students in STEM Fields

Dr. Ebony McGee of Northwestern University discusses her article in AERJ-TLHD on the lives, experiences, and career decisions of Black, Latino, and Asian American students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Her article focuses on 23 high-achieving African American students who were junior and senior university students.
