National Society of Black Engineers/Northrop Grumman Partner with FAMU to Develop Black Engineers

Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) signed an agreement to disperse nearly $400,000 over three years to 24 deserving engineering students.

Northrop Grumman, global defense and security company, provided the funds based on their commitment to providing opportunities to historically Black college and university students. NSBE created the integrated pipeline program to ensure that black engineers not only receive internships, but are also offered employment within top companies.
