Pork chop suey #steercember @DerekFowler1973 #chopsuey @CookingAtPamsPlace

I made this in advance for this year's "Last Chance Cookoff" collaboration , however there wasn't one.

Ingredients:
pork, chicken or beef (semi cook the meat in a stock pot) (you can BBQ or smoke partly; then into the pot)
add Worcestershire Sauce and Soy Sauce before the rest of the ingredients

1-3 cans of water chestnuts
1-3 cans of bamboo shoots
2 lbs. of bean sprouts
2 heads of Napa cabbage
2 stalks of Bok Choy
1 onion
1 package of mushrooms
1-2 celery stalks
more Soy Sause can be added, to taste

Cornstarch for thickening (at the end)
Any of the ingredients can be increased or decreased based on your liking.
